As a Marketing & Fundraising Events Coordinator , you'll lead the charge on high-impact, in-person events that raise awareness, mobilize support, and drive fundraising for nonprofit partners. This role is ideal for a dynamic, people-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and believes in the power of community connection.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute live events such as community festivals, awareness campaigns, donor drives, and public tabling

• Engage the public through one-on-one conversations, donor outreach, and educational messaging

• Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, passion, and purpose

• Collaborate across teams to promote events, boost attendance, and support outreach goals

• Track and report key performance metrics (donations, sign-ups, engagement levels, etc.)

• Assist in creating compelling outreach materials—signage, talking points, flyers, and more

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Comfortable working in live, fast-paced environments
