About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms and systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to data integrity will play a vital role in supporting our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct or report them as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines at all times.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and consistency.
Meet daily and weekly productivity goals while maintaining high accuracy standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with data entry software is a plus.
Excellent typing skills (preferably 50+ WPM) with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
