Your tasks

• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes for receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and safety.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the warehouse.
• Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition and compliant with safety standards.
• Communicate with internal and external vendors both verbally and in writing when necessary.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse management, logistics, transportation, and inventory control with 5 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and safety regulations.
• Six Sigma, Lean or 5S certified preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• SAP or other ERP experience required.
• Proven leadership ability: demonstrated ability to build, mentor, train, grow, and lead a team.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• To be considered, candidates must have US citizenship or permanent work authorization.

The total compensation for this position is $70K-$97K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
