**Warehouse Supervisor**
**Job Description**
The Warehouse Supervisor position requires an individual who is comfortable collaborating with prominent tour and concert managers within the music industry. The role involves overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring efficient inventory management.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and work alongside the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
+ Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control and supply chain management.
+ Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
+ Oversee the making of skid plates ("Cookie Trays") for freight via rail, sea, and air.
+ Familiarize with various truck sizes and methods for loading them effectively.
+ Utilize BOXTOP for inventory management and basic computer skills for other operations.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of previous experience as a warehouse supervisor.
+ Proficient in warehouse management, safety, supply chain, and inventory control.
+ Competency in forklift operation with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
+ Forklift certification is required.
+ Highly competent in reading and writing in the English language.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook.
+ Experience in the music industry is a plus.

The position typically requires working the first shift with flexibility for extended hours, offering a fun and unique experience in the music industry.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Hawthorne, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $58240.00/yr.
