Training Scheduler & Coordinator

Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a Training Scheduler & Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting the Army OSINT Office.

As a member of the team, you are an integral part of a global force supporting our Warfighters at a time of strategic competition. On this program, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage. Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers.

• Interpret, develop, revise, and implement training programs and corresponding course material to develop front-line employees and supervisors.
• Introduce and promote safe work habits to establish an injury-free work environment.
• Coordinate class logistics and conduct training sessions, focusing on introducing and developing work standards for quality customer service.
• Develop, generate, maintain, and analyze training reports to assess deviations and adjust training objectives as needed.
• Introduce and develop efficient work processes to achieve productivity standards.
• Monitor employees' technical training certification status and prepare training plans to ensure compliance.
• Introduce and develop job-specific skills and career learning opportunities for personal and network growth.
• Assist in monitoring training-related costs to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory training requirements and conduct training compliance audits.
• Conduct advanced analytic and decision-making training and support, along with methodology research.
• Develop frameworks to support key organizational and operational scenarios, guiding key aspects of client's training initiatives and projects.
• Offer hands-on guidance and assistance and respond to customer inquiries regarding analytic approaches and system functionality.

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:

• Advanced education (e.g., bachelor's degree).
• Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing training programs and course material.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and practices, with a focus on promoting a safe work environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate training logistics and conduct effective training sessions.
• Proficiency in analyzing training data and adjusting objectives as needed.
• Familiarity with regulatory training requirements and compliance auditing processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide hands-on guidance and assistance to clients.
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in developing frameworks to support organizational and operational scenarios.
• Knowledge of analytic methodologies and systems.
• Familiarity with budget management for training-related costs

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$125,000 - $153,000
