Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven  Remote Telesales Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, high-energy sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving daily team performance, and ensuring individual and team goals are met or exceeded. Success requires more than just managing metrics - you must understand the sales process in depth and be able to coach to specific behaviors that impact sales outcomes. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about developing others to close deals effectively, this is the role for you.

• Accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly activities of all team members
• Set priorities to ensure task completion and performance goals (quality, adherence, service levels, AHT) are met
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Monitor performance and deliver real-time coaching and feedback
• Assist with escalated calls and issue resolution as needed
• Monitor team chat to provide support and align on project priorities
• Partner with Workforce Management to build and manage team schedules
• Supervise both local and remote team members
• Review and evaluate team calls regularly to ensure quality and compliance

• Active resident Health Producer License
• Minimum of one-year recent experience as a call center supervisor (healthcare or telesales preferred)
• Proven ability to coach and manage employee performance using call center KPIs
• Strong technical skills, including Windows-based systems and call center software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
