Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf course in Oakmont, Pennsylvania is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.
Position Overview:
An Internship Program offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for aspiring turfgrass professionals to gain hands-on experience at one of the most storied clubs in golf. Interns will be fully immersed in all aspects of elite turfgrass management, including but not limited to:
• Mowing and rolling procedures.
• Fertility and plant protectant applications.
• Moisture management.
• Golf course setup.
• Aerification and cultural practices.
• Tournament-level preparation.
Requirements:
While enrollment in a Turfgrass Management Certificate, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s program is preferred, we welcome applicants from any educational background who are passionate and motivated to pursue a career in Turfgrass Management.
Compensation:
$14 – $16 per hour.
Free off-site housing, uniforms, meals, and golf privileges.
