Job Summary:
The Senior RPA Developer leads the design, development, and implementation of scalable RPA solutions using UiPath. This role involves overseeing the full automation lifecycle, providing architectural direction, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Senior RPA Developer is responsible for ensuring security, compliance, and performance of RPA solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable RPA solutions for complex, enterprise-level applications.
- Oversee the full automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide architectural direction and serve as the technical lead for the RPA development team.
- Mentor and support junior developers; conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Guide the team in adopting and implementing RPA best practices and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and executive stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend optimization tools and strategies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (solution designs, operational procedures).
- Implement DevOps practices in RPA projects, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.
- Manage UiPath Orchestrator setup, configuration, and bot administration.
- Monitor and improve RPA performance and scalability, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
- Ensure security, compliance, and risk mitigation are integrated into automation solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and evolving RPA technologies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project objectives and progress.
