You'll complete interior painting work in vacant apartment units across Westminster, CO. Our painters are critical to ensuring apartments are refreshed, beautiful, and ready for new residents. Key Responsibilities Perform professional interior painting of apartment units, including walls, ceilings, trim, and doors. Complete thorough surface preparation, including patching, sanding, priming, caulking, and minor drywall repairs. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times. Follow project specifications and scheduling instructions provided by office staff. Meet or exceed company standards for quality, efficiency, and timeliness. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of professional interior painting experience. Must have your own reliable transportation and painting tools. Authorized to work in the U.S. (valid documentation required). Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and complete jobs on schedule. Preferred Qualifications Experience with apartment turnovers or painting in multi-family properties.
