What You Will Do - Arrange and accelerate the movement of materials to support production
- Revise production schedule information in planning tools
- Analyze inventory daily using ERP system and manual planning tools
- Arrange transfer of materials to meet production schedules
- Manage inventory at 3 rd Party Logistics (3PL) facilities
- Create transfer orders from 3PL’s to production facilities
- Track and monitor transportation, delivery, and pickup out of 3PL Warehouse to provide feedback and improve customer service
- Manage and update material data in ERP system
- Support Procurement Materials team
- Ability to follow specific, detailed Standard Operating Procedures Ability to follow specific, detailed Standard Operating Procedures Ability to follow specific, detailed Standard Operating ProceduresReact to situational logistical challenges with shipments to ensure success
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Analyze and purchase various items as needed
- Create and maintain SOP’s for daily tasks
How You Will Make An Impact The Procurement Materials Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the production facilities across every Freshpet campus. Success in this role is achieved by analyzing daily inventory levels and confirming that material is in the correct facility to achieve daily production goals. The Procurement Materials Coordinator will support the Materials team in other functions, as needed.

What We Offer The range for this position is: $60,000 – $70,000
