Warehouse Associate
Our Company , a growing 3PL provider, is currently seeking associates in our USA Parkway warehouse.
Shift Schedules
1st – Su-W 6am – 4:30pm
3rd – W-Sa 6am – 4:30pm
The continued growth of our company has created the need for warehouse associates ready to hit the ground running. Associates perform a range of duties including labeling and consolidating product accurately, picking and pulling cartons/boxes; placing materials on pallets or in staging areas and/or other applicable spaces within the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks, and matching material documents to requested orders. Other duties may include labeling, cleaning, other maintenance duties, and special projects.
Primary Job Responsibilities

Consolidate cartons and material from storage areas accurately and within specified performance requirements
Consolidate inbound and outbound freight from trailers and/or containers
Ensure that there is no damage to product and verify received against physical count of stock
Read, decode, and decipher product data to expedite order movement
Maintain a clean, orderly workstation, return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations, and clean work area at end of each shift
Ability to stand and walk for a full workday
Perform all tasks in compliance with company safety and compliance policies along with adhering to OSHA standards
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Prefer 2-4 years of experience
Consistently lift, stand, bend, and rotate motions
Must be able to read and write English
Basic Mathematics Skills
Must be able to pass federal/state/local government and company required background checks, clearances and/or drug and alcohol tests
Physical Demands
Must be able to move about the warehouse to access product, machinery, and assist others
Must be able to stand 10 hours a day
Must be able to move and place cartons on pallets weighing up to 60 pounds
Must be able to bend downward using legs at knee
Must be able to communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, and exchange accurate information
Non-Physical Demands
Must be reliable and dedicated to good attendance
Must be available to occasionally work overtime, as required
Must be adaptable to changing work tasks and workload
Must be dedicated to working safely
Must be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service
