Your Role:

Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care in the home
Follow a personalized care plan in coordination with a physician
Monitor, document, and communicate patient status using electronic charting
Offer education and emotional support to patients and their families
Collaborate with your care team and participate in training

Qualifications:

Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State
Availability for overnight and/or weekend shifts
Strong communication and clinical skills
Self-motivated, compassionate, and dependable
