Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive HR leadership at our ICM manufacturing facility, supporting both unionized and non-unionized employees. In this role, the Manager acts as a strategic advisor and coach to the site leadership team, ensuring effective implementation of corporate programs related to compensation, benefits, and employee training and development. The Manager oversees the daily administration of the labor relations agreement and plays an active role in the development of labor negotiations planning. Additionally, this role contributes to key HR and Labor Relations projects, including reporting and initiative support across the Americas Manufacturing footprint. The Human Resources Manager, will be skilled at navigating complex environments, balancing operational needs with strategic objectives, and building strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
