What You’ll Do:

• Champion Lakeside’s culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement
• Lead HR initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and development
• Stay ahead of HR trends, employment law, and talent management best practices
• Ensure consistent and fair application of company policies and programs
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
• Proven HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of employment law, talent management, and workforce planning
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for building strong teams
