Position Details: Live-Out, Permanent, Full-Time.

Location: LAS VEGAS, NV.

Days: Monday to Friday (Needs to be flexible to work weekends when needed).

Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Needs flexibility as the hours can change).

Compensation: $120k to $150k per year.

Additional Benefits: Vacation, medical, PTO, bonus.

Start Date: 9/11/2025.

A Las Vegas, NV family is seeking an experienced, reliable house/estate manager to oversee the smooth daily operations of their residence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing staff, vendors, and household systems. Responsibilities include supervising property maintenance, coordinating schedules, managing household budgets and inventories, and ensuring the home runs seamlessly at all times. This role requires discretion, strong leadership, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the family while maintaining the highest level of service and confidentiality. There are dog and cats in the home.

Main Work Duties:

  • Property Oversight.
  • Conduct regular inspections of both properties (interior and exterior) to ensure they are well maintained.
  • Oversee landscaping, pool, HVAC, and all other service contracts.
  • Manage seasonal maintenance and property readiness (e.g., winterizing, opening a summer residence).
  • Ensure security systems and safety protocols are functional and updated.
  • Staff & Vendor Management.
  • Supervise the housekeeper, set schedules, and maintain service standards.
  • Hire, manage, and coordinate outside vendors and contractors (cleaning services, landscapers, repair professionals, decorators, caterers, etc.).
  • Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy before payment.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all household staff and service providers.
  • Household Operations.
  • Maintain household supplies inventory and oversee purchasing.
  • Manage household budgets, expense tracking, and petty cash if required.
  • Develop and maintain household manuals, checklists, and maintenance logs.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of both residences.
  • Event & Hospitality Support.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and overseeing social gatherings and family events.
  • Work with caterers, florists, and event vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee seasonal décor, holiday decorating, and general household presentation.
  • Travel & Property Coordination.
  • Ensure both homes are ready for the principals’ arrival (clean, stocked, and organized).
  • Oversee closing up and preparing homes when not in use.
  • Travel between properties as needed to ensure smooth operations and vendor accountability.
  • Support for Principals.
  • Provide general assistance as needed while respecting the couple’s independence.
  • Handle errands or special requests on behalf of the principals.
  • Ensure a comfortable, safe, and well-run environment at all times.

Required Qualities:

  • The ideal house manager will be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to oversee two properties simultaneously while ensuring that every aspect of the home runs smoothly.
  • They must be a strong leader who can supervise and support the housekeeper, while also maintaining excellent communication with the principals, vendors, and any outside service providers.
  • Discretion, trustworthiness, and respect for privacy are essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities with ease.
  • The right candidate will be proactive and resourceful, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise, while also being flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, travel between properties, and special events.
  • They should bring an eye for aesthetics and hospitality to assist with household presentation, decorating, and entertainment, while also demonstrating sound financial awareness to review invoices, manage budgets, and oversee expenses.
  • Above all, they will provide seamless, reliable, and thoughtful household management to support the couple’s independence and comfort.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a house/estate manager.
  • Must speak English.
  • Capable of supervising and motivating household staff while maintaining harmony.
  • Proficiency in technology.
  • Can manage multiple tasks, schedules, and household systems efficiently.
  • Handles sensitive information and personal matters with absolute confidentiality.
  • Prioritizes tasks effectively to ensure smooth household operations.
  • Longevity in previous roles.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive as required.
