Start your new career as a First Shift Packer/Assembler with MAU at our client in Conyers, GA. As a First Shift Packer/Assembler, you will be responsible for carefully inspecting products and accurately packaging them according to customer specifications. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

• First Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of stable work history
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift 26–50 lbs., bend, stoop, and stand for the entire shift
• Comfortable working in a hot production environment
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills

What You’ll Do as a First Shift Packer/Assembler:

• Inspect and pack products according to quality and safety standards
• Follow documented Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Meet or exceed daily production targets
• Label and pack boxes accurately per customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Assist fellow team members and support overall production efficiency
