We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Success & Growth Associate .
As an Entry-Level Client Success & Growth Associate , you’ll support relationship-building and project delivery across a portfolio of nonprofit clients. Your role will be to ensure clients feel supported, campaigns stay on track, and our work continues to deliver measurable value and community impact. You’ll also contribute to client retention and business growth efforts by identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen partnerships.
Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day client communication and support
Help manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign logistics for nonprofit marketing and outreach projects
Support onboarding of new clients and coordinate internal kickoff tasks
Monitor and track project progress using CRM and project management tools
Assist in compiling reports, analytics, and presentations for client reviews
Identify client needs and collaborate with the business development team on upsell or expansion opportunities
Help coordinate client events, virtual meetings, and community-facing activations
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client-centered service
Passion for nonprofit missions, social justice, and equity-driven work
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Clear and professional written/verbal communication
Experience in customer service, account support, or project coordination is a plus
Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), or Asana/Trello is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, Tagalog, or other community languages is a strong asset
