Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent data entry while adhering to established formatting standards. Responsibilities: - Accurately input and update data while ensuring adherence to formatting standards. - Maintain consistency and uniformity across various systems and databases. - Utilize computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform daily tasks effectively. - Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to exchange information and receive work direction. - Independently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency. - Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in data. - Leverage CRM software to manage and update customer information. - Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Familiarity with CRM software and its functionalities. - Ability to work independently while managing time effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Capacity to exchange information clearly and follow directions. - Experience in data entry or related administrative tasks.
