TTEC Digital seeks a UX Designer to join our CX Consulting practice area. This is a 100% remote opportunity!

We are looking for a strategic and tactical thinker who has a growth mindset and a track record designing and developing customized customer experience and employee experience solutions powered by best-in-class digital platforms.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and clients to understand their business objectives, user needs, and market requirements
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and/or competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric solutions
• Execute on Visual Design from initial concepts to a refined design with some guidance and coaching
• Execute on Wireframes & Prototypes (low, mid and high fidelity) with minimum guidance & coaching
• Deliver on multiple workstreams or accounts at the same time
• Be an advocate for the user centric design at our company
• Contribute to the company’s Design culture

• 2+ years of UI/UX Design experience, preferably within a consulting or agency environment
• Digital portfolio, user-centered design projects and user experiences is required
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping in Figma and/or XD
• Have practiced using design methods such as Heuristic Evaluations, Design Thinking workshops, to build empathy for our users
• Have a working knowledge of Design Systems
• Ability to design across various channels, including the Web. Mobile app, etc
• Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Great working knowledge of user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.
• A passion for user-centered design and a continuous drive to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Minimum Bachelor’s level degree required
• Remote with the ability to travel to clients for key meetings
