This multi-faceted role combines bookkeeping duties and administrative tasks, so no day is ever the same. Your Daily Impact: This role is vital to keeping the company's financial and operational systems running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: + Recording and reconciling financial transactions, keeping the financial statements up to date and accurate. + Managing AP and AR; processing invoices and payments promptly while maintaining vendor relationships. + Assisting with payroll and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. + Ordering office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks to support the team. + Answering phones and responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor. + Collaborating closely with leadership to track expenses, manage budgets, and support ongoing projects. Requirements + 2-3 years of bookkeeping or administrative experience, ideally in a small business setting. + Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if the candidate has equivalent experience. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and capable of creating spreadsheets in Excel. + Ability to handle multi-line phones and maintain professionalism under pressure. + A passion for motorsports and the ability to work closely with a team of industry enthusiasts is a huge plus!
