We are looking for an intelligent, ambitious, creative thinker and rising Programmatic & Paid Social Account Manager , who is passionate about delivering for clients and developing the skills of their team and themselves in the programmatic ecosystem.
This Account Manager will support the team by planning, launching, and measuring display, video, connected TV, audio, and rich media campaigns from start to finish across Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, and a variety of additional social platforms .
This is a client-facing, front-line management role for a cross channel, highly intelligent, charismatic and creative thinking leader who is passionate about digital marketing and specifically programmatic and paid social .
The successful candidate will demonstrate account and channel leadership, strive for repeatable success and have a desire to question everything in pursuit of operational and client service excellence. They will be expected to provide bold and confident recommendations and sound leadership, backed by innovative flair and analytical experience.
As an Account Manager, the ideal candidate will have a responsibility to manage and mentor associates, autonomously lead client relationships, provide social and search expertise, and contribute to department and channel best practices.
The ideal candidate will work in Programmatic & Paid Social primarily, planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various social platforms
Plan, create, manage, optimize, and forecast Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms as well as Google/Bing Ads accounts, including Search, Shopping (Performance Max), YouTube, Discovery (Demand Gen), and Display campaigns
Delivering day-to-day implementation of Programmatic Display and Video campaigns across key clients within the channel team
Utilizing tools such as Croud Control, DV360 (as well as potentially other DSPs), Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign Manager and others
Execute and oversee paid campaign processes from start to finish, including researching, planning, trafficking, troubleshooting, optimizing and reporting
Establish strategies to deliver results against client goals and KPIs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Support business development by contributing to pitches and cross-selling Croud products to existing clients
Create and deliver flawless client-facing reports, based on accurate data and insightful analysis
Develop and deliver account development plans or roadmaps based on client campaign briefs or on client KPIs
Collaborate with the Associate Director of Biddable Media and cross-channel teams to develop insightful, successful media strategies for clients
Manage and develop team members including task delegation, training coordination, ad hoc constructive feedback, and Croud’s career development framework process.
At least 2 years experience in digital marketing, demonstrating deep experience and knowledge in digital account management with a track record of exceeding performance goals against sales-related KPIs (purchases, subscribers, etc.)
Good knowledge of Meta and TikTok
Good knowledge of navigating and using Google Analytics
Demonstrable experience in Programmatic Marketing
Clear passion for digital marketing and programmatic display
Proven problem solver who can manage clients, and projects to deadlines

Salary Range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year (DOE).
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on; among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
